Dawn is a leadership program developed by the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt, designed to generate tangible solutions to today’s complex social and environmental challenges. During this three-month pilot phase, 25 distinguished leaders will come together under the theme of “innovative economic models”, demonstrating the power of collective capacity and shared purpose.
The program encourages deep mental and systemic transformation, enabling participants to create meaningful impact both individually and collectively.

At Basework, we developed a corporate, performance-driven, and experience-centered website that brings the Dawn program’s mission and transformative vision to the digital world.

The goal of the project was to translate Dawn’s multi-layered framework — centered around leadership, transformation, collaboration, and sustainability — into a digital experience that is clear, inspiring, and interactive. We managed both the front-end development and content management system (CMS) processes end-to-end to deliver a cohesive and scalable platform.

The website was built on a modular CMS architecture, allowing the Dawn team to easily manage participant profiles, program modules, application phases, and growth journeys. This flexible system enables effortless content updates while maintaining the program’s structural clarity and design consistency.

On the front-end, we focused on crafting a modern, fluid, and emotionally engaging interface. Through immersive animations, smooth transitions, and interactive components, we conveyed the program’s spirit of transformation and connection — turning each page into an extension of the Dawn experience itself.

From a technical standpoint, the platform was optimized for Core Web Vitals, ensuring fast loading times, stable performance, and smooth interactions across all devices. The final result achieves a perfect balance between technical precision and aesthetic refinement.

The outcome is a high-performance, easy-to-manage, and visually immersive digital platform that reflects Dawn’s vision of collective leadership and transformation.
