At Basework, we designed and developed a user-friendly, high-performance website that allows NOA to present its innovative hospitality concept and streamline the reservation process from start to finish.

The main goal was to make it effortless for users to explore available apartments, view real-time rates and availability, and complete bookings securely. To achieve this, we integrated the website with HotelRunner, enabling live room and pricing synchronization across all listings.

In addition, we implemented online payment and virtual POS integrations, allowing users to finalize their bookings instantly using secure payment methods. This seamless system not only improved the user experience but also simplified transaction tracking and financial operations for the NOA team.

We also developed a custom Booking Management Panel — an internal dashboard where the team can manage reservations, monitor availability, review payment histories, and communicate with guests in real time. The panel provides full operational control and supports day-to-day management efficiency.

Built on a modular WordPress CMS, the platform gives NOA complete flexibility to add new apartments, update campaigns, and manage content independently. On the front-end, we focused on creating a visually refined experience using micro-animations, smooth transitions, and optimized media performance, ensuring fluid navigation across all devices.

The entire system was optimized for Core Web Vitals, achieving fast loading times, SEO compliance, and responsive accessibility.

The result is a high-performance, conversion-oriented digital platform — fully integrated with HotelRunner and secure payment systems — that delivers both a seamless booking journey for users and an efficient management workflow for the NOA team.
