With 28 branches across Turkey, Greenwich Coffee stands out in the coffee industry with its self-service approach and innovative operational model. At Basework, we contributed to Greenwich’s digital transformation by developing its website and mobile application, aiming to create a seamless digital journey that extends beyond physical stores.

Throughout the project, our main focus was to build a high-performance, user-friendly, and easily manageable digital infrastructure. On the web side, we developed a custom WordPress-based architecture that simplified content management for the brand’s internal teams. This allowed campaigns, menu updates, and announcements to be managed effortlessly while maintaining high speed and SEO performance.

On the mobile side, we created an integrated system where users can view campaigns, make contactless payments via QR code, locate nearby stores on the map, and track their reward points. The app works in sync with the brand’s loyalty program, strengthening user engagement and retention.

By prioritizing performance, security, and sustainability, both the website and mobile application now offer a scalable, fast, and modern digital experience. Today, Greenwich Coffee leverages technology at the core of its operations — offering not just coffee, but a complete digital experience for its customers.

For this project, Basework utilized technologies such as WordPress, React Native, Firebase, and Cloudflare to ensure a strong and reliable infrastructure. Throughout the process, we implemented the latest standards in accessibility, speed optimization, and data security.
