With over 2,500 charging points across the country, Eşarj is a recognized pioneer in Turkey’s electric mobility landscape. As the company continues to expand its nationwide network, the need for a fast, reliable, and user-friendly digital platform became essential to support both customers and operational teams. At Basework, we developed a high-performance, scalable, and intuitive website to strengthen Eşarj’s digital infrastructure and enhance the overall user experience.

Our goal was to build a system capable of efficiently managing a wide charging network while simplifying the user journey — from station discovery to support and feedback. To achieve this, we implemented a modern front-end architecture using React and TypeScript, ensuring a smooth, fast, and secure browsing experience across all devices.

For content and data management, we integrated Strapi CMS, providing Eşarj’s internal teams with a flexible and API-driven backend structure. This headless approach enabled seamless data exchange between different systems and platforms, ensuring consistent information flow throughout the digital ecosystem.

To support operational efficiency, we also developed CRM integrations that allow customer data and interactions to be synchronized in real time. These integrations automated communication workflows, improved response times, and empowered the Eşarj team with a clearer overview of user activity and system performance.

In addition to functionality, we focused heavily on performance optimization and security. Through server-side enhancements, image optimization, and code-level improvements, we ensured fast load times and robust data protection. The entire structure was built with SEO best practices in mind, increasing visibility and discoverability across search engines.
